Operations Supervisor for Plastic Stamping Department

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Plastic Stamping Department. As an integral part of our production team, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for the overall supervision and management of the department, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.

• Supervise and manage a team of approximately 30-35 production staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Implement and oversee production planning and scheduling to meet business objectives and deadlines.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Quality and Maintenance departments to implement process improvements and optimize production efficiency.
• Manage and maintain all production equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks and coordinating with the Maintenance team as needed.
• Develop and implement process improvements, identifying areas for enhancement and streamlining production processes.
• Monitor and analyze production metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• 5 years of experience in industrial production, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Tertiary education, preferably in a technical field.
• Strong knowledge of production management systems, quality control processes, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a team.
• Fluency in Italian, with English skills considered an asset.
