About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Commis De Rang to join our team at Stilla Bar in Four Seasons Milano. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, a memorable experience, and attention to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Demi Chef de Rang, Chef de Rang, and Bartender in clearing china, glass, and silver as they attend to guest needs and requests.
  • Cleaning the back office and being highly visible in the operation.
  • Providing an expertly serviced experience, clearing and resetting tables according to standards, and respecting the Hygiene standards applied in the Bar as per HACCP system.

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at Four Seasons Milano, and we will offer a fixed-term contract. This job includes flexible scheduling with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
