Accounting & Administrative Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Administrative Assistant to support our team in Terni, Italy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office, managing our accounting and logistics activities, and providing administrative support to our team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Recording and managing receivable and payable invoices
  • Accounting, employee cost statement, and analytical accounting tasks
  • Preparation of F24 forms (Italy)
  • Management of monthly budgets and advanced understanding of PSA platforms (Salesforce)
  • Invoice management, preparation of study binders, and shipment management for regulatory submissions
  • Support for the creation and maintenance of reports, charts, spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
  • Ordering and keeping inventory of office supplies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree, Master's degree a plus
  • Proficiency in oral and written Italian and English
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities
