We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst Intern to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group. As a Business Intelligence Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our business intelligence and data analysis efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and report on business data to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base on the consumer, recommending and producing dashboards to allow the business to monitor customer base health and key trends.
- Employ data and research insights/analysis on the customer database to understand customer types, behavioral segments, and inter-purchase intervals.
- Query customer database to data for reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Educational background in Math, Statistics, Physics, or Engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of data manipulation languages (e.g., SQL/programming language).
- Solid experience with Excel.
Language Skills
Italian and English.
