Job Title: Senior Piping Engineer
Location: Global
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the coordination of project piping activities under the supervision of the Project Piping Leader.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of Piping Engineers within the team.
- Ensure timely and qualitative preparation of project technical documentation, including plot plans and piping layouts.
- Develop and implement equipment layouts to optimize project efficiency.
- Conduct piping material take-offs to determine material requirements for construction purposes.
- Participate in the development of 3D models, coordinating and supervising relevant activities within the team.
- Review vendors' documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Manage the production of documents necessary for construction, such as isometric sketches and general arrangement drawings.
- Collaborate with other discipline specialist engineers and project support functions, including planning and cost control.
A Mechanical Engineering degree is required. A minimum of 7 years of experience in detailed engineering and design of piping systems for Refinery / Gas / Power / Renewables / Infrastructure projects is necessary, preferably in a similar position. Alternatively, a minimum of 15 years of experience in detailed engineering and design of piping systems for Refinery / Gas / Power / Renewables / Infrastructure projects is required. Proficiency in SmartPlant3D is essential. In-depth knowledge of 2D design programs, such as AutoCAD and MicroStation, is also necessary. Fluency in English is required.
