About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Hardware Engineering Director to lead our team in developing and implementing cutting-edge hardware solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the company's hardware engineering strategy and vision.
  • Leading a team of experienced hardware engineers in designing and developing innovative hardware solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software components.
  • Managing budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and standards to ensure our solutions remain competitive and compliant.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in hardware engineering, with a strong background in power electronics design.
  • Deep knowledge of PCBAs, state-of-the-art standards, and RD processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, with knowledge of German and/or Italian an advantage.
