About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Junior Sommelier to join our team at Four Seasons Milan. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you'll be responsible for supporting the Zelo Restaurant Sommelier operation, ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Head Sommelier in taking care of the wine lists and recommending food and wine pairings.
2. Assist with service preparation, glasses par stock, and engaging with guests to recommend wines that complement their taste preferences.
3. Contribute to inventory control and be highly visible in the operation, promoting good public relations and taking care of special requests.

Schedule & Hours:

This position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a fixed-term contract. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
