We are seeking a creative mechanical engineer, even without experience, willing to learn and collaborate with other teams to address critical issues in the PCB industry.

Job Description

The selected resource will be part of the R&D mechanical team and work under the technical leader's direction. They will:

  • Design new mechanical assemblies for tool subsystems;
  • Write documentation related to designed parts/assemblies, including procedures for the manufacturing team;
  • SUPPORT THE MANUFACTURING TEAM WHEN NEEDED;
  • Analyze assemblies to reduce existing tool costs.

Reporting Structure

The resource will report directly to the R&D Manager for non-technical reasons.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering;
  • Has good knowledge of CAD software for mechanical design;
  • Is familiar with fluid dynamics and heat transport in various materials;
  • Has a B2 level or higher in English language proficiency;
  • Is curious and wants to learn;
  • Possesses innovative ideas and is not afraid to try new approaches, even if they may fail;
  • Is patient, as R&D work often requires multiple iterations to find the best solution;
  • Offers diverse viewpoints to the technical leader;
  • Prefers teamwork and collaboration with other R&D team members;
  • Enjoys working in an international environment and interacting with demanding customers.

Minimum Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have either a Master's Level Degree with 0 years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor's Level Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Salary Range

Based on industry standards and the location, we estimate the salary range for this position to be approximately €40,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
