About the Role:

This is a key position within the Mechatronics and Sustainable Packaging, Customer Experience (MSP CX) organization. The Business Operations Resource Director will be a results-driven individual capable of owning responsibilities and establishing credibility as a partner. This leader will work closely with leadership teams, such as MSP Product, ACES, RME, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and recruiting, to structure, prioritize, and track programs that execute on the vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure resource (budget and headcount) adherence across MSP CX.
  • Drive best practices in headcount planning and resource allocations.
  • Work with operational stakeholders to drive execution to the plans.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities, and surface insights to management to improve the business health.
  • Highlight misses and direct closure actions within MSP CX.
  • Standardize and scale best practices and learnings across the organization.
  • Manage the Capacity Planning Program roadmap across the MSP CX Organization.
  • Contribute to business updates and plans.
