About the Role:

As a Maître d'Hôtel at Accor Hotels, you will be responsible for organizing the catering sales outlet, ensuring the quality of service offered to customers, and managing a team to promote sales and quality of service. You will contribute to the expansion of catering sales revenue and ensure compliance with health and safety rules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Professional Skills and Customer Relations: Provide and supervise excellent customer care, advise customers through a perfect knowledge of products offered, and coordinate team activity.
  • Commercial Skills: Prevent wastage and loss of raw materials, participate in inventories, analyze results, and implement corrective actions.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Apply brand and hotel procedures and policies, ensure compliance with health and safety standards (HACCP), and organize covers according to business forecasts.
  • Customer Service: Pay attention to customers' comments (follow-up) and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in the same role
  • Sense of hospitality and service
  • Commercial mindset
  • Leadership
  • Good interpersonal skills and self-confidence
  • Ability to work effectively as a team and sense of initiative
  • Language proficiency according to hotel needs (Fluent in Italian & English, French is highly valued)
