Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Fratelli Cosulich Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for cooking for crew and guests on board an offshore drilling rig.

Main Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality meals for crew and guests
Supervise and delegate tasks to kitchen staff
Ensure safe and clean working practices in accordance with HACCP and Company policies
Maintain proper storage of all items in accordance with HACCP
Ensure product freshness and food safety in accordance with HACCP

Requirements

English language proficiency at B2 level
Covid 19 vaccination
Tetanus vaccination
HACCP certification
STCW VI/1 certification
