Responsabilità- Sviluppo Creativo: ideare, sviluppare, in collaborazione con il team creativo, il concept per eventi e format proprietari, assicurando che siano in linea con gli obiettivi del brand e le esigenze dei clienti.
- Storytelling: creare e strutturare narrazioni coinvolgenti che diano vita a idee innovative per garantire un forte impatto emotivo sul pubblico.
- Sviluppo di Presentazioni: elaborare presentazioni persuasive e visivamente accattivanti da proporre ai clienti, assicurando chiarezza, coerenza e impatto visivo.
- Collaborazione Interfunzionale: lavorare a stretto contatto con i team di produzione, strategia e account management per garantire che tutte le proposte siano fattibili, realistiche e in linea con i budget e le tempistiche.
- Ricerca e Innovazione: rimanere aggiornato sulle tendenze del settore e sulle nuove tecnologie, integrando soluzioni innovative nelle proposte creative.
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza comprovata come Art Director o in un ruolo simile all'interno di agenzie creative o di entertainment, con un solido portfolio che dimostri la capacità di gestire progetti complessi e di successo.
- Eccellente padronanza dei principali software di design e presentazione (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Gradite competenze nella realizzazione di rendering, illustrazioni, video ecc...
- Capacità di creare narrazioni visive e verbali che ispirino e coinvolgano il pubblico.
- Pensiero fuori dagli schemi, con la capacità di tradurre idee astratte in soluzioni concrete e visivamente accattivanti.
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico, mantenendo alta la qualità del lavoro.
- Precisione nella realizzazione di tutti gli aspetti del progetto, dal concept iniziale fino alla consegna finale.
La figura individuata verrà inserita con un contratto a tempo indeterminato.
Richiesta presenza in ufficio 4 giorni a settimana.
