Your Role: As a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be part of our world-leading security specialist team. You will be responsible for creating security consulting proposals, leading security discussions with customers, and presenting technical topics regarding security issues and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Create security consulting proposals based on customer requirements.
- Lead security discussions with customers and present detailed analysis and solutions.
- Coordinate vulnerability management processes and remediation efforts.
- Conduct security process awareness trainings and audits across projects and follow-up on closure of action items.
- Prepare for security-related audits and assessments carried out by internal and external audit parties and coordinate remediation efforts for any identified non-conformities/observations.
- Drive security culture within internal and external customers.
- Configure and manage security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), SIEM systems, Log Collector, and Identity Management solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Full Professional Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Significant experience in security for the telecom industry.
- Experience in one of the following domains: Security and Privacy frameworks, Project Security, Telecom security, Cyber Security, Cloud Security, Application security.
- Experience in designing at least one of the following solutions: Logging, PKI Infrastructure, Identity and access management, Security testing in telecom networks.
- Basic knowledge of telecom products, technologies, and terminologies.

- An estimated salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
