Experience and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Familiarity with various selection tools, including behavioral interviews and psychometric tests.
- Basic knowledge of Office 365 and SAP (an advantage).
Education
- Master's Degree in Psychology or Economics.
