About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the designated territory, utilizing commercial initiatives and fostering connections with clients and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). To meet set goals, they will have the backing of a diverse product range and knowledgeable team members.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who is open to change and continuous improvement, perseverant, positive, and brings dynamism and ethics to the team. Previous experience in selling pharmaceutical or medical device products is essential, as well as a proven track record of success in previous professional activities.

The ideal candidate will also have a strong business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong propensity for sale. They will be highly motivated and have a committed personality, understanding how to convince interlocutors with their winning and dynamic manner as well as scientific consulting competence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ConvaTec area sales with products of Advanced Wound Care
  • Develop sales through commercial activities, relationship building with customers and key opinion leaders, and monitoring tenders
  • Constantly increase Convatec market share in the assigned territory
  • Advise customers (nurses and Health Care Professionals, HCP's) on all technical questions related to wound management and care
  • Manage regional potential clinical and non-clinical customers as key accounts
  • Efficiently plan visits of existing customer base and identify new customers
  • Observe market situation and key performance indicators in the area and use these insights to carry out independent analyses of the market
  • Conduct customer training and events, organize product medical meetings
  • Develop and maintain action plans (i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) by analyzing territory performance to identify needs and implement actions to achieve sales goals
  • Demonstrate ability to plan and organize time effectively
  • Compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and industry guidelines
Requirements:
  • Italian: Mother tongue
  • English: Fluent (Speaking/Writing/Reading)
