**Job Description:**

 

Lionard is seeking a talented and ambitious Luxury Properties Sales Specialist to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for analyzing and studying the luxury real estate market, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.

 

About the Role:

The Luxury Properties Sales Specialist will deal with analyzing and studying the luxury real estate market based on defined KPIs, profiling high-end properties according to technical and commercial features, managing all aspects related to acquiring a sales mandate, and producing analytical reports.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong interest in the luxury real estate market, ambition to undertake a commercial path oriented to high-end properties sales, and excellent written and oral knowledge of Italian and English.

 

Your Profile:

  • Degree in economic and financial disciplines with a minimum grade of 100/110.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Good commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with main IT software.
  • Proactivity, flexibility, analytical skills, and good executive autonomy.
  • Integrity and reliability.

 

Location: Florence, Milan, Rome, Naples, Venice, Porto Cervo, Forte dei Marmi.

 

Salary: RAL 19,000€ - 22,000€ per year.
