About the Role

The Demand Planning Team at SC Johnson is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern in Supply Chain Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our Demand Planning activities and learning the skills necessary to succeed in this field.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze past and future demand inputs from Sales and Marketing to calculate their impacts on demand.
  • Work with cross-functional partners on projects such as new product launches, discontinuations, and transitions to evaluate assumptions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Measure, analyze, and communicate key process metrics and monitor adherence to key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with supply partners to understand supply constraints and their impact on demand planning.
Requirements
  • Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a related field, such as economics, supply chain management, or engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive action and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand key concepts and communicate with business stakeholders of different organization levels.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
