Job Description

Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:

Leap29 is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our construction activities at the site. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all construction subcontractors to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead all construction activities at the site
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate all construction subcontractors
  • Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement project quality plans and quality control procedures
  • Monitor compliance with company technical requirements and applicable norms and standards
  • Manage site facilities, including offices, utilities, and cleaning activities
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient handover of the plant to the asset-management department
  • Attend weekly meetings with the client and liaise with other departments as necessary
  • Be nominated as the safety responsible of the site

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience on construction sites
  • Experience in utility-scale Solar Power Plants
  • University Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel); MS Project is a plus
  • Good knowledge of AUTOCAD
  • Good level of English is a must
  • Minimum Italian language is requested
