Zeta Consulting Treviso Srl, a leading provider of strategic consulting services, is seeking an experienced Operations Consultant to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of industrial processes to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimization.
  • Analyze the competitive positioning of companies, assessing the level of innovation and obsolescence of their systems, and identify opportunities for investment.
  • Determine the needs for manpower, materials, and systems, providing evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze company performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support the implementation of IT tools within corporate contexts, promoting data-driven decision making.
  • Interface IT tools with production plants, leveraging data detection technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans and industrial plans, including detailed documentation and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in production contexts, with a focus on organizational and management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of economic aspects that impact company performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in MES systems and CAD a plus.
  • Excellent English language skills, with knowledge of a second language a plus.
