Modularization Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Modularization Lead to join our team in Rome, Italy. As a key member of our Modular Design Section, you will be responsible for managing the modularization study of onshore projects, evaluating execution strategies, and providing expertise on optimal modular solutions.

• Develop and coordinate modularization studies to support engineering and design
• Act as the focal point for clients on modularization programs
• Preliminary weight estimation of modules
• Provide guidance on optimal modular solutions based on site location, labor, shipping limits, and project schedule requirements
• Ensure the development and execution of modularization basis on projects early and establish standard methodologies to avoid execution risk on schedule or budget
• Coordinate and lead engineering teams on modular scope during basic design, detail design, fabrication, construction, and logistics planning

• Master's degree in Engineering discipline or Construction management
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Strong problem-solving attitude
• Creation of tools for automation of data management
• Teamwork and international mobility
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector
• Strong MS Office skills, including Excel
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microstation, SmartPlant Review, Navisworks
