Pool Attendant

Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences is an innovative and growing company that manages over 30 hotels and residences in Europe. We are looking for a Pool Attendant (m/f) to join our dynamic and open team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring daily pool safety and monitoring the pool area;
• Cleaning the pool according to hygiene and sanitation regulations;
• Supervising pool activities and preventing accidents;
• Providing first aid and emergency care when necessary;
• Assisting guests at the pool and collaborating with the SPA reception team;
• Working with the service team to provide poolside service.

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 2 years of experience as a lifeguard or in a similar role;
• Completed training or certification in pool work or lifeguarding;
• Excellent knowledge of German and English; additional languages are a plus;
• Good service orientation and quality awareness;
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills;
• A positive attitude, pragmatic approach, and high problem-solving ability;
• Ability to work in a team.
