Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Adjunct Faculty in Business to join our team at Career Education Corporation. As a Business Management Professor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction and guidance to our students, helping them achieve their academic and professional goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver engaging and insightful instructional materials, aligning with our curricula and outcomes.
  • Provide instruction in assigned courses, utilizing existing course materials and technologies.
  • Engage with students, encouraging their participation and learning while maintaining a professional and respectful atmosphere.
  • Relate professional experience to our Professional Learning Model, introducing industry perspectives and trends into courses.
  • Maintain accessibility and provide timely responsiveness to students, academic leadership, and University staff.
  • Assess student performance, provide feedback, and maintain documentation of student activities.
  • Work with CTU teams to identify and support students who may be exceptional or challenged in their coursework.
  • Participate in academic governance, attending University meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Successfully complete required training and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business or Management from an accredited institution.
  • 5 years of professional experience.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in working effectively in a team environment and with standard office applications.
