Are you looking to gain valuable experience within a structured Finance Department? Join our Financial Services Team and play a key role in supporting our organizational strategies.

In collaboration with fellow finance professionals, you will gain insights into accounts receivable and payable processes.

Your contributions will include:

- Maintaining and updating supplier and customer master data;

- Processing both PO and non-PO invoices;

- Issuing credit and debit notes to clients;

- Managing daily accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, incoming payment reconciliation, dunning procedures, and aging report follow-ups;

- Addressing supplier inquiries and ensuring satisfactory resolutions.

Required qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing studies in Finance or Accounting;
  • Proficient in English;
  • Strong skills in Excel;
  • Familiarity with ERP systems;
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
  • Project-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, eager to work in an international setting;
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines;
  • Adherence to high ethical standards.
