Job Description

ADAS Engineer

At Bertrandt, we are seeking a highly skilled ADAS Engineer to join our team. As an ADAS Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, integration, and validation of autonomous driving functions from concept to series production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conception and specification of functions, including their functional architecture, using model-based development methods.
  • Integration of development platforms, sensor technology, and prototypical hardware and software in prototype vehicles.
  • Development and optimization of new test processes, methods, and strategies for safeguarding innovative driving functions.
  • Function application, commissioning, and troubleshooting on the test vehicle.

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable degree program.
  • Very good overall technical understanding and knowledge in the field of vehicle networking and architecture.
  • Practical expertise in dealing with vehicle-specific measurement technology and data acquisition software.
  • Very good knowledge of English and willingness to participate in commissioning and trials.
