As a prominent player in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, we are seeking a Consultant to join our Bologna office, focusing on the Insurance Business Line dedicated to insurance advisory services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Conducting comprehensive market analysis and evaluating offerings in asset management and insurance;
- Developing process designs and service models tailored to the distribution networks of financial and insurance intermediaries.
- A Master's degree with outstanding academic performance in economics, finance, statistics, management engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience, even if limited, in a consulting environment within the banking or insurance sectors, or in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Insurance areas will be advantageous.
- Involvement in projects aimed at implementing information systems to enhance sales and consulting functions for financial or insurance intermediaries, particularly in Personal Financial Planning, will be a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and diagnostic abilities;
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and effective communication skills;
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team;
- Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of an additional foreign language is appreciated.
