Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our international team in Fano. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing structural drawings and calculations, creating repair specifications, and producing drawings for submission to certification bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop structural components for our luxury yachts
  • Collaborate with our production team to ensure efficient manufacturing processes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings and specifications
  • Work closely with our certification team to ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Marine Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in yacht design or construction
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including Rhino and AutoCAD
  • Experience with GRP plastics and knowledge of ISO rules for construction
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
