Position Overview
GRS Recruitment is seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical assistance to clients. The ideal candidate will ensure that all support services align with the company's operational standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver L2 and L3 technical support to users, both remotely and on-site.
  • Engage in the planning, installation, configuration, and support of Windows operating systems and authorized vendor hardware/software.
  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory environments.
  • Oversee the planning, installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Cloud Services, including Office 365.
  • Manage daily operations, maintenance, monitoring, and upgrades of infrastructure solutions.
  • Respond to technical inquiries from clients, staff, service providers, and vendors, providing effective assistance and support.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering.
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in information technology, focusing on Windows platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems.
  • Experience managing a Windows domain, particularly with Active Directory and Group Policy, is advantageous.
  • Experience in planning, installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Office 365 services is a plus.
