This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of community operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to implement policies and improve community performance.
  • Address resident inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Conduct weekly property inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Manage rent collection and delinquency follow-ups.
  • Oversee projects, vendor contracts, proposals, and community improvements.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience as a Community Manager or similar role in the real estate or property management industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with property management software (Rent Manager preferred).
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents and vendors.
