About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Maintenance Leader to join our team in Southern Italy. As a Shift Maintenance Leader, you will be responsible for managing the maintenance activities of our production plant, ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and that production schedules are met.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance teams and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of maintenance funds
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Robotics, Chemical, or Mechatronics)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of maintenance processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in Italian and English
