CareerArc is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Director of Commercialisation and Sales Growth for EGS. As a product leader, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Enterprise Gateway Solutions across Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the payments ecosystem in Europe, including domestic schemes, APMs, private label, payment gateways, PSPs, acquiring, and payment processing. You will also possess significant market knowledge and experience in product commercialisation with excellent business acumen.

Your responsibilities will include owning the Go-to-Market strategy of EGS in the region, leading commercialisation initiatives, and engaging with senior executives internally and externally. You will also act as an expert, advocate, and champion for EGS to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic go-to-market plans for diverse products and solutions.
  2. Drive new business to the Gateway and grow existing accounts through engagement with senior executives internally and externally.
  3. Oversee the development of broad commercialization initiatives.
