Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Strategy Innovator to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our strategy team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital strategies that drive business growth and success.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our client partners to deliver successful campaigns and grow our portfolio.
  • You will design and implement integrated digital plans across various channels, leveraging creative innovation to achieve new heights.
  • You will champion the wider strategy frame, aligning tools, insight, platform, execution, and measurement to drive business results.
  • You will mentor junior team members, guiding their growth and success as a trusted leader.
  • You will influence agency culture by seamlessly fusing media, data, and creative excellence.
  • You will tackle new business pitches with an inventive, game-changing mindset, driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • You have at least 7-12 years of experience in the media/advertising industry, both locally and globally, working with clients.
  • You have expertly aligned brand ambitions with media effectiveness to drive growth in your past roles.
