Job Title: Chief Accountant - Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Chief Accountant to join our team at Adecco Italia. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the accounting activities of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with Italian accounting standards.
  • Accounting Operations: Supervise and coordinate the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial data processing, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in the development of financial plans and budgets, and monitor progress against targets.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Italian tax laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Communication: Communicate financial information to management, stakeholders, and other departments, as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
  • Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of Italian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations; excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
