Country Director

Twinkl is seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead our operations in Italy. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building a strong presence in the Italian education market.

• Educational Leadership and Market Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Italian education landscape and the evolving needs of educators and learners.
• Product Development: Lead the development and improvement of resources designed for educators' specific careers, leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset to identify new opportunities and drive growth.
• Marketing and Brand Awareness: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement, building relationships with local organisations and influencers to broaden our brand's reach and credibility.
• Business Growth and Performance: Achieve revenue targets, new customer acquisition goals, and other key performance indicators, monitoring market trends and making data-driven decisions to drive growth.

• Thorough knowledge of the Italian education market and customer needs.
• Experience teaching in a public state school.
