Senior Embedded Software Developer

Are you ready to start a new professional adventure as a Senior C++ Developer / Embedded in one of our opportunities in the Space industry in Milan?
What will you do?
- Develop and maintain embedded applications, with particular attention to network communications and code generation frameworks (e.g. ProtoBuf)
- Debugging on embedded devices using standard laboratory tools such as oscilloscopes, debuggers, waveform generators, etc.
- Contribution to design and documentation in the development cycle of a product, including development, unit testing, refactoring, deployment, and maintenance
- Active collaboration in the design, development, and testing of software solutions and components
- Use of advanced skills in C, C++, Python, and scripting in bash, Python, or Perl
- Participation in the development of security products and the implementation of TCP/IP communication protocols
- Teamwork, responsibility management, and creativity
What do we require?
- 3 years of experience in C++ with a solid knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Competence in developing embedded applications, including network communications and code generation frameworks (e.g. ProtoBuf)
- Deep knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, and Python
- Experience in debugging on embedded devices using standard laboratory tools (oscilloscopes, debuggers, waveform generators, etc.)
- Experience in developing security products
- Wide knowledge of TCP/IP communication protocols
- Knowledge of Yocto, Buildroot, OpenEmbedded will be a plus
- Experience in the product development cycle: design and documentation, development, unit testing, refactoring, deployment, and maintenance
- Passion for design, development, and testing of software solutions and components
- Ability to work in a team, manage responsibilities, and be creative
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
