Join our dynamic team at March Networks as a Technical Support & Managed Services Specialist. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about technology and possesses a collaborative spirit.

As part of our Technical Support team, you will play a crucial role in addressing post-sales technical challenges. After completing a comprehensive training program, you will be equipped to assist our clients effectively.

Additionally, you will contribute to the expansion of our management services across Europe and the Middle East. Our Managed Services team is dedicated to monitoring a vast array of surveillance equipment, ensuring the reliability of critical video surveillance systems for our global clientele.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with video surveillance technologies and software (including VMS, cameras, encoders, and NVRs)
  • Proficient in networking protocols and tools (e.g., UDP/IP, TCP/IP, HTTP, RTSP/RTP, Wireshark, Fiddler)
  • Hands-on experience with network traffic analysis tools
  • Solid understanding of MS Windows and Linux Ubuntu operating systems
  • Experience with database administration tasks, particularly with MS-SQL-Server
  • Familiarity with database systems
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Exceptional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with March Networks products
  • Experience with LDAP authentication mechanisms
  • Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in Shell or Python scripting
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTia Network+ certification
  • Knowledge of Salesforce for RMA management
  • Experience with Jira for R&D escalations
  • Proficient in French, both written and spoken
