**Overview**

The Imi Precision Engineering company is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor – Technical Support Specialist to join its team. This role will involve supervising and providing technical support during the commissioning and maintenance of IMI valves.

**Job Summary**

This is a fully remote job opportunity as the FS Supervisor will work at the customer premises worldwide. When not engaged in service, office activities can be carried out remotely.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate IMI service teams or external personnel to ensure field activities are carried out with maximum safety and delivered on time
  • Prepare and submit service reports and documentation required by the customer during service activities
  • Provide technical assistance to the customer

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An engineering degree or technical/industrial high school diploma
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and hydraulic diagrams
  • Operational flexibility to carry out frequent services at short notice
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers

**Salary Information**

We offer a competitive salary range of €50,000 – €70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
