About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Randstad Filiale di Milano H Opportunities Permanent. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for partnering with hiring teams to build effective recruitment approaches and managing customer/partner expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business objectives.
  • Manage the posting of new open positions and create a pipeline of potential prospects.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate profiles, monitor applications, and progress candidates aligned with the basic qualifications.
  • Assess job requirements for both internal and external candidates and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Manage administrative tasks for offer stage, on-boarding, and position closing.
Requirements
  • A minimum of C1 level (CEFR) in English and B1 level in Italian.
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
  • Relevant experience in Administrative/Corporate/Customer Service environment, including data entry, managing data-driven reporting, and ownership of detailed processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering business results.
  • Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
  • Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience, including sourcing or full life cycle recruiting.
