About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Partner to join our team at Electrolux. As a key member of our HR organization, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders to deploy our People Plan and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to ensure leadership team development and efficiency.
- Execute the compensation strategy for your area of scope, coaching and advising leaders on compensation alignment with talent needs.
- Advise employees and people leaders on complex topics, representing the People area in local task forces and forums.
- Design and implement people programs specific to the needs of the area under scope, contextualizing global programs to local realities.
- Support processes and address inquiries relating to labor law and compliance, providing local legislative, regulatory, and labor relations advice.
- Proactively address employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing resolutions in collaboration with leaders.
- Monitor employee morale and engagement, implementing initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in law, business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5-10 years of varied HR experience in a complex, international company.
- Generalist experience covering a wide array of HR function areas.
- Strong understanding of local labor legislation, regulatory, and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Business English and Italian language knowledge is a must.
