Strategic Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Expert to join our team at Oliver James Associates Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and a proven track record of driving cost optimization and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities for operational expense optimization and cost savings
  • Analyze business data to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
  • Design and implement global initiatives leveraging central competences and best practices
  • Monitor and oversee the implementation of local and Group-wide projects/initiatives
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organization to drive workstreams and secure implementation of initiatives
Requirements:
  • Degree in Economics or Engineering
  • Strong learning agility and problem-solving skills with a strong quantitative background
  • 2+ years of experience in operations in the Financial Services industry or top-tier consultancy firms
  • Fluent English and Italian, with additional languages considered a plus
  • Self-starter with ownership and accountability for project deliverables
  • Track record of managing multiple stakeholders in international contexts
