Job Title: Guest Attendant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Attendant to join our team at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. As a Guest Attendant, you will be the face of our theater, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a world-class hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the theater's cleanliness and organization, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including taking orders and delivering items to guests.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and team-driven atmosphere, promoting a culture of excellence and customer focus.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or theater environment.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Active alcohol certification and food handlers certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
