Job Title: Sales Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at H&M Group. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, driving sales and profit growth, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to customers, promoting our latest collections and trends.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and styles.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless shopping experience.
  • Ensure that all store operations are running smoothly, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping environment.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and fashion sense, with the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and styles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
