Production Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Production Coordinator to join our Global Operations function in Mirandola (MO) plant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the purchasing of finished goods to maintain stock and production continuity, respecting service level agreements and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
Release purchase orders to suppliers and update the Procurement system to ensure timely placement and delivery of components in line with production planning requirements.
Reschedule open purchase orders and verify with suppliers the feasibility to suit production planning requirements.
Inform the Purchasing Department of changes related to prices or specific requests from suppliers.
Check regularly the level of products stocked and provide suggestions for new planning/delivery systems to improve service level and economic aspects.

Requirements:
A degree in Management Engineering or Economics is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory. Previous experience in roles related to Procurement, Supply Chain, or Production Planning is required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel and Access, is essential. Good knowledge of SAP ERP would be an advantage. Green Belt Certification will be a plus.
