Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the software systems utilized by the organization.
  • Evaluate client needs, create tailored solutions, and prepare both functional and technical specifications.
  • Oversee the installation of software and the execution of the proposed solutions.
  • Conduct quality assurance and deliver user training and support.
  • Offer technical assistance both remotely and on-site.
  • Manage system maintenance and perform necessary upgrades.
  • Advise clients on leveraging technology to enhance their operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements
