Regulatory Affairs Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Counsel to join our team at Visa Cash App RB Formula 1 Team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Legal in various regulatory and compliance matters, including the Formula One Championship regulations.
Responsibilities:- Support the Head of Legal in overseeing the development of F1 regulations, drafting and revising relevant procedures, and working with the Head of Legal and relevant departments to collect feedback and proposals to be submitted to regulatory bodies.
- Support the Head of Legal in overseeing the development of applicable laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance, and working with relevant departments to monitor governance policies and necessary adjustments.
- Develop and maintain digital archive systems for legal files, cases, and developments related to relevant matters.
- Work in a young, collaborative, and international environment with opportunities for tailored training, company events, on-site gym, bonus scheme, and annual salary review process.
- Law degree (master's degree) and fluency in English (both written and spoken), with knowledge of Italian being a plus.
- Previous experience (minimum 2 years) related to F1 regulatory matters in other F1 teams, regulatory bodies, or law firms with specific expertise.
- Proactive personality, strong organizational skills, computer literacy, excellent time management skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Travel 10-20%.
