Key Responsibilities
• Deliver revenue growth through strategic sales campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the insurance industry.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer success.
Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and sales targets.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its key challenges and opportunities.
