Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of new measuring devices and control systems, ensuring devices are correctly installed and properly tested.
- Act as project engineer for design, prototype fabrication, and manufacturing development.
- Manage the daily workflow of the department.
- Provide training related to devices to employees and/or customers.
- Conduct constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Execute and manage commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with the automation department to execute I/O tests and coordinate full Loop-Checking activities related to instrumentation field devices.
Required Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Industrial expertise.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role or in plant maintenance.
- Previous experience in oil and gas, steel, glass heavy industry is a plus.
- Good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially, Spreadsheet and Presentation), Autocad, Navisworks tools, and basic computer applications.
- Teamworking, coordination with site teams (electrical, automation) and end users.
- Spanish knowledge is an added value.
- Willingness to travel.
