About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team as a MK Ambassador, representing the vision of Michael Kors. As a Sales Associate, you will be empowered to deliver an elevated customer experience and collaborate with a positive approach to challenges, demonstrating speed, energy, and optimism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example as a MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain client communication through the use of all available clienteling apps and tools.
  • Maintain floor and stock presence.
  • Build and maintain good communication with the management team to drive store performance.
  • Use of Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert to advise our customers with passion and confidence.
  • Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales.

Requirements

  • Excitement and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced retail environment with relevant sales experience.
  • Capability and desire to collaborate and inspire all fellow team players working together to achieve results.
  • Technology proficient, knowledge, and use of leveraging technology to drive sales and customer experience.
  • Local language preferable and strong communication skills.
