Sales Specialist for Italian DBS Sales Team

Job Summary:
Grundfos Italy is seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join its Italian DBS Sales team in Milano and province. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing tactical sales plans and activities in line with the overall sales plans and strategy of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a designated customer base, including preparation of plans, budgets, and promotional activities.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers who can utilize Grundfos products and services.
- Implement value-added services and enhance customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline.
- Gather market data and provide input on competitors' activities.
- Register and nurture opportunities in the global CRM tool according to company guidelines.
- Ensure customer master data is updated on the portfolio of customers under their responsibility.
Requirements:
- Secondary High School diploma, preferably in a Mechanical/Technical field, with at least 2 years of experience in sales.
- Preferably has exposure to the Pump Industry/wholesaler plumbing market.
- Good presentation and influencing/negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal ability and networking skills.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Italian and English languages, both spoken and written.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company and in the sales field.
