Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with managers through the recruitment process, from creating job descriptions to advising them on the best method of recruitment. They will also use a headhunting approach for Senior roles and interview candidates. Additionally, they will upload roles on specific job boards, populate HR databases, and build relationships with recruitment agencies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage job boards such as LinkedIn

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have experience using database systems or recruiting software, preferably Workday. They should also demonstrate expertise in using PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables for reporting purposes. Additionally, they should have experience using social media networks and reviewing platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.

Personal Competencies:
The candidate should possess strong organisational and time management skills, great attention to detail, and analytical skills. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, resolve issues quickly, and have a hands-on approach. Furthermore, they should be willing to learn new tasks and be flexible.

Background and Education:
The candidate should have a degree in HR, Business, Economics, or a relevant field. Strong communication skills in English are required, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German or Portuguese would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
