Production Supervisor

Varisco S.R.L. is seeking a skilled Line Leader Inbound to join our Inbound team in Padova, Italy. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for coordinating an operational team dedicated to the procurement of goods in support of production lines and in compliance with the planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Guarantee the monitoring of the inbound department, from operations point of view, supporting the Manufacturing Manager.
- Respect all safety rules and guarantee the readiness of parts to expedite the production process with the requested timing and quantities.
- Steer team's activities and watch over the qualitative visual checks.
- Coordinate, steer, and control the team, in agreement with the Manufacturing Manager.
- Work actively inside the team and support the colleagues in their tasks.
- Check the availability of the goods and escalate to the responsible if needed.
- Guarantee the tidiness both in the inside area and the yard, ensuring the cleanness of the tooling and all the devices provided.
- Proven experience in people management (min 3 years).
- Proven experience in production and inbound (min 3 years).
- Forklift driving license.
- Capability to interact in Italian and English.
- Positive and proactive approach, empathy, and resilience.
- Driven and structured approach in steering the activities with accuracy and punctuality.
- Problem-solving and team-working attitude.
- Ability to coordinate a team by taking care of priorities and deadlines.
